NovaCast-Audio allows you to create your own audio broadcasting network using the UNITY Digital Broadcasting Platform, manufactured by Wegener Communications.

The UNITY Digital Broadcasting Platform teams flexible satellite receivers with the unique advanced control capabilities of the COMPEL network control system, which is currently being used in over 100 networks worldwide.

The NovaCast-Audio broadcasting platform unites powerful built in features:

  • Up to 6 Balanced Audio Stereo Pairs per receiver
  • Up to 16 Controllable Relay Contacts per receiver

The NovaCast-Audio COMPEL Network Control system provides powerful unique features:
  • Permission receivers
  • Control receivers individually or by groups

NovaCast-Audio uses MPEG Layer II Compression with a choice of data rates and modes:
  • Data Rates of 64 ­ 384 kbps
  • Mono, Dual Mono, Joint Stereo
  • 20Hz to 20kHz Frequency Response

NovaCast-Audio service rates are based upon the Audio Data Rate requirements of your network, which can be tailored to meet your specific needs.
